For me, it is not about pursuing a singular solution but much more about approximating individual concerns and their solutions within a collective process. The starting point in my work is the respect for individuality, close observation, the posing of questions and stimulation. It is important for me to work with all senses and observe at all levels. Through comprehensive observation I want to stimulate in others the recognition of areas requiring development and processes requiring changing and to bring together the will to change. It is a constant pleasure for me to see the resourcefulness and opportunities individuals and organizations manage to pull out of themselves. Sustainability and effectiveness are supported through ongoing guidance and process observation.
