Constant learning is our foundation

Our employees take part in seminars offered by Intersport on an ongoing basis. These comprise the Apprentice Schooling for apprentices in their first to third years, product and sales training along with personal development and management training.

Furthermore we host a „Nature Workshop“ on an annual basis. These workshops last two days and take place in a mountain retreat far away from the hubbub of the normal day. Along with the trainer we always bring a sport and/or wellness coach with us.

All employees take part. The aim is to motivate and prepare everyone for the coming winter and to bring attention to changes and innovations.

Bernard Bründl is as a Management Consultant and above all as a member of the Board of Directors responsible for Human Resource Development.

Strategy Workshop for the Business Leadership

In September the Strategy Workshop for all Bründl Managers takes place at the beautiful Walchsee in Tyrol. Along with presentations surrounding the strategic development of the company and the questions „How can I manage my team with fun and energy“ fun and games were built into the program.

Nature workshop

End of September all Bründl employees met each other also at the beautiful Walchsee. Our Nature workshop is the highlight of all training of the year. The key elements were working on our four core competences and make a training video. And we had a conferende hour with the managers, where we could ask any kind of questions.
