While running I switch off my mind completely. After a hard day full of work the only thing I need.
I'm outdoor regardless the weather: hiking, bolder, climbing - I need the mountains every day.
To get away from the masses I switch off completely when I go biking. Through the exercise I recharge my energy reservoirs I need for everyday life.
