Ongoing training is our first principle.

Partner in training

Our employees attend Intersport seminars in ongoing fashion. These comprise a school for apprentices in the first, second and third years of study on product training for the coming season, sales training, personality training and management training.

Furthermore, we put on a “Nature Workshop” once each year. It last 2 - 3 days and takes place at a mountain inn, far from the hectic workaday world. Besides our own trainer (Michael Patak from the Consulting Group Neuwaldegg, the last three years) we also have a sport or wellness consultant present. For example, Michael Mayrhofer of Personal Fitness, Vienna, from whom we learned Nordic Walking; or Karl Filipp, of Taxenbach, who introduced us to Qui Gong last year.

These workshops are always conducted under a certain motto, e.g. the new dimension of stimulating customer enthusiasm; Bründl Group - where are we? where are we heading?; more fun, enthusiasm and quality in our work; conflict management; leading and coaching; healthy nutrition.

On these themes, we invite a sports doctor to participate, who elucidates the dangers of cholesterol, etc. and then nutrition consultant Angelika Maahs gives us tips for healthy eating. This workshop will be carried out for the 14th time this year. It always takes place at the Pinzgau Hut on the Schmittenhöhe. All employees take part in it. The goal is to motivate and prepare everyone for the coming winter. And to introduce any changes which will take place.
