Point of departure for my work is the respect I have for the uniqueness of every form of life connected to an appreciative acceptance of it. It is important to me to work with all my senses and perceptions. Through comprehensive perception, I want to stimulate customers. It is not a question of simply selling items. Far more, I want to get to know the person’s needs and seek the solution in an interactive process with the customer. These fascinating possibilities are sought in simple and suitable steps, to bring things into motion. I am continually amazed in a positive way at the secret stores of resources which people and organisations can muster in this effort.
