I'm always asked why I'm so successful in sales. "Tell me your secret, David." But there is no secret. If I knew it, I'd patent it. It must have something to do with the intensive training, 24 days last year alone.
This personal development is the greatest advantage, it motivates me to always be on the ball. I've been at Bründl since 2009, which is longer than in any job previously. I am impressed by how inspiring the interactions are and this mixture of learning and having fun. And then these locations: no dull seminar rooms, rather outdoors in nature.
David is our consulting genius – he can perfectly empathise with the customers. I can most clearly remember a customer who came in because of a ski boot. Through a sound needs and problem analysis, the customer left the shop very satisfied, with two pairs of skis, insoles, two pairs of socks, ski bags and poles. His excellent needs assessment and determination pay off here. And it's also brilliant for the entire team's success, of course.
