Begin your career at Bründl Sports

Do you want to become part of the Bründl team? If so, it all begins with an introductory day. You will be able to participate actively and we will show you the basics of the job. As we become better acquainted, we will pay close attention to how well you mesh with our Bründl values, while at the same time, you can find out if we are the ideal fit for you. And if you really are interested in an apprenticeship with us, if you love to learn and you enjoy working with people, you've probably come to the right place.

Of the four apprenticeships we offer, most of them are in the field of retail with a focus on sporting goods. Though we do have three other apprenticeships as well, all of which take three years to complete.

Your Bründl apprenticeship buddy

You're not alone

In addition to your trainers, as a new apprentice you will also have an apprenticeship buddy right there at your side. Generally, these are young employees who have recently completed an apprenticeship of their own, and who know what it feels like on the first day of an apprenticeship, the questions that need to be answered, and how to deal with the flood of names and unfamiliar faces.

He or she will show you the best places to enjoy your lunch break, integrate you in various groups and inform you about those "unwritten" rules.

The most important thing for me as I work with our youngsters, is to be accepted by them and gain their trust. The biggest challenge is giving them enough space to develop, without letting them simply do what they please. We have to walk a fine line between challenging and encouraging. For me, the most special aspect is adapting to their individual characters and watching as they grow over the course of the three years into strong personalities. Finally, when you see that all the efforts have paid off and they have successfully passed all of their examinations, you could almost cry for joy!
