Overall, the experience was excellent and both my wife and I were very satisfied. One area that I do wish to comment on relates to my skis and boots. When asked my capability I informed the service person that I was a good skier and wanted a carving ski. I was provided with boots and was informed they were suitable. On the first day it was apparent the boots were too broad for my foot and "contact with the piste" was compromised as a result. I did not enjoy that day. Subsequently I replaced both the boots and skis and enjoyed the rest of our skiing. My point is that I do not consider my requirements were understood at the time. At the conclusion of the rental period I discussed the boot model and specifications with another service person who finalised our rental and he informed me of the importance of stiffness of the boot and provided the specification which I will use next time. That level of information is very useful to the person renting and should be discussed at the time of renting.

Super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ich glaube, es hat keine 10 Minuten gedauert und ich hatte meine Ski bereit zur Mitnahme. Tolles System mit der Skistiefelmessung. Mein besonderer Dank an Stefan, ein äußerst sympathischer Mensch.

Der angesprochene Mitarbeiter hörte mir zu und reichte mir auf Anhieb einen Schischuh der für meinen Fuß operiert passte. Er informierte mich auch über die zusätzlichen Kosten für die Einstellung der Bindung. Diese überraschten mich zwar, aber ich stimmte zu. Wenn man öfter für wenige Tage ausleihen und jedes Mal die Einstellung zahlen muss wird das ausleihen doch deutlich teurer. Aber es hat alles super geklappt und ich hatte schöne Tage auf den Pisten mit einem super gut passenden Schischuh

One of us had complains, we got the impression they have not taken seriously first and the attention given could be better. The next day we came back and after some push some exchange took place and the issue was solved.

On picking up our skis, the service provided by the staff at Mayrhofen Zentrum was excellent. The young staff were friendly and efficient, they worked together and provided us with excellent choices of equipment. In contrast, I was displeased with the service at Mayrhofen Penkenbahn when we returned the equipment on Friday 6th March. We are an older couple, tired from our day of skiing and clearly were finding carrying the skis those last few metres to the return desk a bit difficult. The very tall, very strong young man standing in the middle of the store made no effort to assist. He said "come to the back of the store to return your skis", and he walked 20m to the back and watched and waited for us there. There was a real arrogance about his attitude. We also wanted to buy some gloves and we had to request the woman who "served" us to check if they had other sizes, which she did but found none. When she suggested that we should visit the Zentrum store to see if they had my size, I had to ask her to check with the other store first, rather than her offering to do it. It was all a bit too much trouble. It was interesting how the two different stores operate with different cultures - one: friendly, the other: lazy.

Sehr freundlich und kompetent. Besonders positiv die Ehrlichkeit der Mitarbeiter. Ich hatte mein Handy liegen gelassen und es wurde sicher für mich aufbewahrt. Das war eine Umarmung wert. Herzlichen Dank

Würde immer wieder kommen. Egal ob Kauf oder Verleih. Mitarbeiter sind zuvorkommen, nehmen sich die nötige Zeit und sind kompetent.
