Sehr strukturiert, da wir Online gebucht hatten wurden wir an der Schlange vor Ort schnell vorbeigeleitet und waren nach einer knappen halben Stunde ausgerüstet.

Der erste Mitarbeiter machte einen lustlosen Eindruck und war etwas ungehalten, als ich den ersten Skischuhe nicht nehmen wollte, da er nicht so gut passte, beim zweiten war die Sohle lose. Dann hat ein älterer Mitarbeiter übernommen und der war top. Hat sich die Zeit genommen und dann habe ich auch den passenden Schuh bekommen. Daher nur vier Sterne
