We did make a clear resevervation for e-bikes, but at the date, the bikes were not ready available. The provided material was quite good, but not the latest model of e-bike, battery of one of the bikes went down quite fast. People working in the shop were very friendly and helpfull

Sehr unkompliziert und einfach. Super Rad. Einziger Kritikpunkt waren die quietschenden Bremsen beim Bergabfahren. Das war sehr unangenehm.

The bikes are fine. Unfortunately the saddle of one of the bikes came loose during the trip and could not be repaired . It was commercially fully compensated by the frienfly staff. Suggestion : all my data is already in the Brundl system, so why do do I have to type in everything again for the rental?

Ausleihe funktionierte reibungslos. Am Mittag musste ich das Bike tauschen, da die Bremsen sehr laut quietschten. Dies funktionierte ohne Probleme.
