Ich wollte Twintip skier austesten. Ich dachte wirklich nicht dass es so einfach geht. Einfach nachgefragt und direkt ohne Reservierung bekommen. Habe jetzt richtig Lust mir ein Paar selber zu besorgen.

Super freundliche Mitarbeiter, schnelle Umbuchung in eine andere Station was des Skidepot betraf. Sehr kundenfreundlich. Ich hatte einen Tag zu viel gebucht und auch bezahlt und das fiel dem Mitarbeiter aktiv auf und ich bekam das Geld direkt erstattet. Das nenn ich Kundenservice.

Schnell und unkompliziert. Direktor Shop nachgefragt, am ersten Tag gewünschtes Modell nicht verfügbar, am Folgetag vorhanden. Kompetente Beratung, innerhalb weniger Minuten mitnahmefertig.

Beide Shops Kohlmaisbahn und Areithbahn Talstation waren mega - total schnell, unkompliziert und kompetent. Ein Traum vor allem, dass man in jedem Bründl- Shop gehen kann und tauschen wie man möchte. Vielen Dank!!! Topp Service!!!
