Der Service bei Bründl Sports war wirklich Weltklasse. Ich war jeden Tag innerhalb einer Woche dort und ich wurde immer super freundlich empfangen und beraten. Vor Allem geht mein ganz großes Lob an Nadja . Super Beratung, sehr geduldig, sehr freundlich und was ich am Besten fand, Sie war sehr ehrlich. Genau sowas wünsche ich Mir. Ich kann den Laden absolut weiter empfehlen!!!! Macht unbedingt weiter so!!

10 years plus and running using Brundl. The staff are very good, range of equipment is very good, thier data system to refer to my equipment used previous year is excellent and greatly reduces the time in store. I like the opening hours to get skis on afternoon of arrival ready for first slopes day. Finally the no quibble exchange service if my boots or ski's do not quite feel right.... I strongly recommend them.

Super, professional, helpful

Overall good, but I didn't receive a confirmation after my first reservation, also not after 2 days. My reservation wasn't visible online on my account under "my reservation". So I made a new reservation. Again, I didn't receive a confirmation by e-mail, but my reservations was visible online under "my reservation". Everything good I thought, but 2 days later the amount of the 2 reservations was withdrawn from my bank account. That was not a good experience. But after I made a message of it online, my money from the first reservation was paid back. The waiting time was very long the first day and a lot op people without reservation were waiting in the line, so I lost almost 45 minutes to pick up the skis I already ordered/reservated and almost paid twice. That's not a good experience to start a 2day shortski trip.

Super schnell und sehr kompetent freundlich. Ich habe eine Behinderung am linken Fuß und tu mir einfach schwer in den Skischuh zu kommen. Ein Mitarbeiter hat mir einen Trick gezeigt ich war einfach nur Dankbar. Nur weiter so. LG. Siegi

Ich hab am Anfang nicht genau gewusst wie ich zu meiner Leihe komme - erst nach kurzer Erklärung hab ich den Screen zur Buchung verwendet. Alles in allem hats sehr gut gepasst. Eine Skibrille ausleihen zu können wäre auch noch gut gewesen. Potential sehe ich in der Strukturierung des Bereichs selbst - wenn viel los ist und viele zum ersten mal dort sind, stehen viele auch suchend im Weg herum. Vielleicht gibt es ja baulich oder einrichtungstechnisch Ideen, wie man den Kunden schneller dort hinbekommt wo er hin muss.

Es ging alles super schnell und unkompliziert. Gute Beratung.
