We waited until any early rush had cleared and therefore had zero queue. Service was quick, efficient, with knowledgeable staff guiding our selection.

Service was pretty great though the advised shoe size was 2 sizes too small which led to a bruised foot on the second day of snowboarding that is still painful a week later.. The step-on bindings from Burton are great but the shoes provided little support when going to toe edge. Shoes with a clasp over the top of the foot would have been a better pair with the step-ons.
