Initially I had some difficulty with the rental platform, but on the whole the entire rental process was easy to use and the skis provided were ideal for my skiing ability. The staff in the bergstation were helpful and knowlegeable.

Super easy to rent your gear at this shop. Friendly staff which helped me immediately. At the end of the day you can store your gear at the same location, no need to carry everything to your hotel/appartment. Next time in Kaprun I will chose the same location to rent my gear.

as it happened i cancelled the ski rental within half an hour, receiving a refund. i was planning to rent the skis within the next few days instead, but did not do so due to unexpectedly leaving austria at short notice, sooner than planned. however i would say my long term experience of Bruendl stores is excellent. i have frequently received very good service, with products exchanged if not quite right, repairs and replacements usually very good quality, timely, and often for very good value. thank you.

Sehr symphatisch, kompetent und schnell. Technisch auf dem neusten Stand. Ich brauchte nicht einmal die Schischuhe ausziehen. Beim späteren Neukauf eines der getesteten Modelle hatten die Mitarbeiter vom Shop in Kaprun Zugriff auf die Einstellungswerte und somit konnte auch hier wieder Zeit eingespart werden. Alles perfekt !

Really smooth and pleasant from start to finish. We booked four sets of intermediate equipment online pre trip that was an easy process, got picked up at our hotel via the Brundl taxi and driven to the store. The staff were very friendly and helpful getting us kitted out and making sure the skis/boots were correct for our abilities. After two days we dropped back to change a pair of skis that was fuss free, quick and simple. The skis, boots and helmets were all great quality,fitted well and made our holiday very enjoyable! I would totally recommend this company and would certainly use them again in the future. We are already planning another trip back to Saalbach & Hinterglem 😊
