Das Personal war trotz enormer Kundenfrequenz sehr freundlich. Die Mitarbeiter waren fachlich kompetent und achteten darauf, dass das Leihmaterial wie angegossen passte. Es waren genügend Mitarbeiter vor Ort und dadurch die Wartezeit gering. Gerne wieder!

Die ausgeliehenen Räder waren in einem sehr guten Zustand und alle vor Ort versuchen das Bestmögliche, um einen reibungslosen Ablauf zu ermöglichen. Die Trail-Bikes sind zwar relativ teuer und schade, dass die Sicherheitsausrüstung extra kostet, aber die Bikes werden jeden Tag gecheckt, daher Daumen hoch.
