Bei der ersten Miete war der Mitarbeiter sehr aufmerksam und hat meine Wünsche für die Einstellung berücksichtigt, bei der zweiten Miete hat die Dame nicht sehr motiviert gearbeitet und den Winkel der Bindung komplett falsch eingestellt, obwohl die Angaben hinterlegt waren. Leider fehlen im Sortiment Snowboards mit Hardboots und Stepinbindung

Great experience, great service and helpful staff!

A great shop, very helpful with fitting & kind to the children, it was a great help leaving our skis in the shop over night so we didn't have to carry so much equipment back to the hotel. My husband left his own snowboard in the shop on the last evening - only realising his mistake once the shop had shut but someone very kindly opened the shop & delivered the board to us at our Hotel, we couldn't have been more grateful.

Very professional! Everything is automated, and the service is extremely fast. Exchanging ski boots (because the model wasn’t right for my feet) was quick and easy. The lockers for equipment in the building are a major advantage.
