Es waren wenig Kunden anwesend, daher sehr schwer über Effizient zu urteilen. Dennoch ist die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft zur Erklärung des Abflaufs mit Anmeldung am Terminal und Prozedur bis zur Aushändigung positiv zu bewerten.
