1. Accessibility Statement

We at Sport Bründl Gesellschaft m.b.H., Nikolaus-Gassner-Straße 4, 5710 Kaprun, want all our customers to be able to use our website https://www.bruendl.at/de easily – regardless of any limitations – and we strive to make our website accessible in accordance with the Accessibility Act, as amended, which implements the European Accessibility Directive (Directive 2019/882) on the accessibility requirements for products and services.

We are constantly working to remove barriers, and in doing so we adhere to the EN 301 549 standard and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA.

Our customers can find further information on entering into a contract and the steps involved in doing so (a description of our services, explanations of how we provide our services) at: https://www.bruendl.at/de/faq

1.1 Accessibility Status

This website is currently largely compliant with the standards mentioned. The content listed below is not accessible for the following reasons

  • Subtitles for video content: Some of the videos embedded on the website do not yet have subtitles. We are working to add subtitles to existing and new video content on a step-by-step basis.
  • Contrast: For some text and control elements, the required minimum contrast with the background is not yet consistently achieved, which may make reading difficult for some users. We are continuously reviewing the affected areas to ensure adequate contrast levels.
  • Alternative text for images: Some images on the website currently have no alternative text or only incomplete alternative text, which means that the content of the images is not always described in a way that is understandable to screen reader users. We are gradually adding the missing alternative text.
  • Heading hierarchy: On some pages, the heading structure (e.g. H1–H3) is not consistently correct, which can make navigation with screen readers more difficult. We are constantly checking and correcting the structure.
  • PDF documents: PDF documents embedded on the website are not accessible. In some cases, they lack tags or correct structuring. We are endeavouring to optimise these documents step by step or to provide alternatives.
  • Third-party content: We cannot guarantee the accessibility of individual pieces of embedded content from other providers (e.g. Google Maps, YouTube) ourselves, as we have no control over them.
