Sehr freundliches Personal und gute Beratung bei der Ausgabe. Fragen zu einer Strecke und zur Reichweite des Akkus wurden freundlich beantwortet. Kleines Minus: Am E-MTB müsste mal die hintere Kassette getauscht werden, diese war schon leicht verschlissen und das schalten war nicht mehr so sauber.
