In the years that I've been at Bründl, I've already been able to participate in a handful of training sessions and some nature workshops. There wasn't anything like it with my previous employers, there wasn't a single opportunity for further training. It was only here that I was able to experience how valuable it is. Extremely motivating and encouraging.

When I just think about the role play in front of the camera – the feedback from my colleagues was so overwhelming that my eyes even filled with tears. My daughter recently asked me if I knew anyone who likes going to work. "Yes", I said: "Me!" I realised then how much I love this job. I'd love to stay at Bründl until I retire.

There are four women in the Bründl Tauern Spa team. And since only one of us works per shift, we are hardly ever all four together. That means that the right communication is key to successful cooperation. Anni is the calming influence in the team. She takes care of any issues and always strives to find good solutions. What I most value about her is the way she treats everyone in the team with appreciation.
