Begin your career at Bründl Sports

Do you want to become a part of the Bründl team? It all starts with a trial day. You can actively participate and we'll show you the basics of the job. If you are genuinely interested in an apprenticeship with us and enjoy working with people, you can start at any time, even during the year.

Out of the six apprenticeships we offer, most of our positions are for "Retail with a focus on sporting goods." However, the apprenticeships for sports equipment specialist and bicycle mechatronics are catching up! Plenty of positions will be available again starting in fall 2024. You can find them here.

Your Bründl apprenticeship buddy

You're not alone

In addition to your trainers, as a new apprentice you will also have an apprenticeship buddy right there at your side. Generally, these are young employees who have recently completed an apprenticeship of their own, and who know what it feels like on the first day of an apprenticeship, the questions that need to be answered, and how to deal with the flood of names and unfamiliar faces.

He or she will show you the best places to enjoy your lunch break, integrate you in various groups and inform you about those "unwritten" rules.

The most important thing for me as I work with our youngsters, is to be accepted by them and gain their trust. The biggest challenge is giving them enough space to develop, without letting them simply do what they please. We have to walk a fine line between challenging and encouraging. For me, the most special aspect is adapting to their individual characters and watching as they grow over the course of the three years into strong personalities. Finally, when you see that all the efforts have paid off and they have successfully passed all of their examinations, you could almost cry for joy!
