1956 A garage becomes a vision.
Our story
1989 The next generation is taking over
In 1989, Christoph Bründl joined the family business and took over the management from his father, Hans, in 1994.
The dawn of a new era
The Flagshipstore was modernized, with the expansion project winning prizes along the way. At the same time, in 2008 the new logistics center opened, which now handles around two million items annually, as did the Bründl Academy, which Bernhard Bründl has been developing for the learning and coaching segment since 2004.
Bründl reinvents itself
In September 2019, Bründl Sports completely repositioned itself as an independent brand – and also launched the new Bründl Sports rental platform.
2021 New Flagshipstore
In 2021, the expanded flagship store in Kaprun will open, featuring a skywalk, a glass-walled ski workshop, a fitting studio and the Weitblick restaurant.
2026 Facing the future
With Strolz am Arlberg and the new shop in Wagrain, Bründl Sports will expand to 34 shops across twelve locations by 2026.
