Click & Reserve: Reserve Online

Book online and collect from the shop

Discover your favourite products conveniently online and reserve them using Click & Reserve at Bründl Sports at your chosen shop. This allows you to easily secure the items you want before making your final decision in-store. Once in the shop, you can try on the reserved products, get personalised advice from our experts, and only then decide whether to buy. Here you can find out, step by step, how Click & Reserve works and what you need to bear in mind when making your online reservation.

So funktioniert Click & Reserve

1. Select a Product

Go to the product section and select the item you want. Click on the product image or product name to open the product detail page.

2. Check Availability

On the product detail page, select your preferred colour and size. Then click on "Click & Reserve" to check availability at Bründl Sports shops and select your preferred shop.

3. Reserve a Product

Click "Reserve" next to your preferred shop. Enter the required contact details in the designated fields of the form.

4. Submit Your Reservation Request

Review your details and click the button to submit your reservation request. Your request will then be sent to the selected shop, and a confirmation message will appear on the website.

5. Receive an SMS Confirmation

After submitting your request, you will receive an SMS at the mobile number you provided. This confirms that your reservation request has been received. Please note that this initial confirmation does not mean your item is ready for collection.

6. Reservation Processing by the Shop

Your selected shop will check whether the item is actually available. If it is, the team will set it aside for you to collect.

7. Receive a Collection Notification

As soon as your item is ready for collection at your selected shop, you will receive a second SMS. Please wait for this confirmation before visiting the shop.

8. View Your Product In-Store

Once you have received your collection confirmation, visit your selected shop and give the team your name or show them the SMS. Take your time to look at the reserved item. You can also try on clothing and footwear in-store.

9. Decide Whether to Buy

You only need to decide whether to purchase the item once you are in the shop. If you decide to buy it, simply pay at the checkout. The reservation itself is free of charge and comes with no obligation to purchase.
