Who is a hardtail e-mountain bike suitable for?
A hardtail e-bike has a suspension fork at the front, but the rear part of the frame is unsprung. It's a perfect bike for easy, uncomplicated routes, such as freight roads, gravel roads or gentle forest trails. A big advantage of hardtails is their low weight - they are much lighter than full-suspension e-bikes and offer you a greater range for extended bike tours with the same motor power and battery capacity.
If you choose a hardtail e-bike, you should be aware that you are riding a very agile and maneuverable bike, but of course you will feel every bump unfiltered due to the lack of suspension.
