If you are responsible for the cash register, you have a lot more to do than just scan labels and take money. You see, our goal at Bründl Sports is to give our customers a completely positive experience and even excite them - including at the cash register.

Of course this job requires you to be able to handle money well and have a head for numbers. That's a given. But beyond that, there's a lot more involved. This job requires precision and a cool head in stressful situations. Even if there's a queue forming at the register. You need a mastery of techniques, especially when the register system has recently undergone an upgrade. You need to stay cool if you are the first person a customer comes to with a criticism or item return. And most importantly - you need a friendly disposition, in order to give the customer a good feeling to go along with their purchase.

What we expect of you

Similar to sales, we want people who excite people. Unlike sales, you don't need to have in-depth product expertise, but a fundamental interest in our products and sporting activities is never a bad thing. Ideally, you will already have experience running a register and are friendly, solution-oriented as well as a team player.

And of course, we will prepare you for the job with the help of register- and communication training along with the nature workshop at our Bründl Academy. Because, regardless of the activity, it is important that all of our employees get to know and embody the Bründl gene, our values and our culture.

operate the register
accept returns
issue and promote the customer card
apply and issue gift vouchers
upsell at the register
remove security features
operate register software
assist with customer enquiries
