What we expect of you
Similar to sales, we want people who excite people. Unlike sales, you don't need to have in-depth product expertise, but a fundamental interest in our products and sporting activities is never a bad thing. Ideally, you will already have experience running a register and are friendly, solution-oriented as well as a team player.
And of course, we will prepare you for the job with the help of register- and communication training along with the nature workshop at our Bründl Academy. Because, regardless of the activity, it is important that all of our employees get to know and embody the Bründl gene, our values and our culture.
Your duties as a cashier

- accept returns
- issue and promote the customer card
- apply and issue gift vouchers
- upsell at the register
- remove security features
- operate register software
- assist with customer enquiries
- ... and much more
The basics of operating the register are quickly learned. But the true requirements for this job are a friendly disposition, a healthy dose of common sense and a smile that comes from the heart. After all, we want our customers to leave with a good feeling. Of course, that also includes occasional small talk as well as a few personal restaurant or sightseeing tips for our guests.
