If things get boring, I have to do something new. In this respect, I am the prime example of the structural freedom at Bründl. I have already worked in shops, have organised events and incentives, managed the bar at the Salomon Station and had quite a few jobs behind the scenes. I recently found the slip of paper where I wrote ten years ago what I wanted to become: HR manager.
Now I'm responsible for human resources development, and am also a mediator and a representative for trainees. I get training offers, choose suitable trainers and courses and help to decide who is allowed to attend which seminars. That's my job, I've found my place. My dream has come true.
