I started out at Bründl Sports as a trainee. At 23 I became the manager of the women's wear department and now I am the assistant shop manager. That alone shows how much we are valued here. Of course, this does not come about by chance, but is the result of a lot of training, such as our leadership development programme, or FEP for short. I believe that without these opportunities I would not have come so far.

I seem much more self-confident nowadays, in my private life too; at least that's what I'm told over and over. This knowledge, my altered outlook on life - priceless! And the additional incentives such as skiing passes, events and concert tickers... Brilliant!

Woman who brings her old skiing gear to Bründl Sports

Theresa began her traineeship in 2008 as a "rough diamond" in our textiles team. I was always enthused by her honest and reliable manner. With her particularly big dose of common sense she stood out, even in her younger years. The next steps were only logical. Shortly after her apprenticeship she took over the women's textiles team and now she stands at my side as the general deputy manager of the main store. I am really proud!
