Bike Fitting is a process that involves adjusting the bike saddle, pedals, and handlebars to match a biker's physical needs and preferred riding style. Bike Fitting ensures that the biker adopts a comfortable and efficient posture during the ride, thereby reducing the risk of pain and injuries. Bike Fitting can also help improve performance and the overall riding experience by ensuring that the biker is in the optimal position for their individual needs and goals.

Bike Fitting is suitable for all bikers who want to improve their riding experience and reduce the risk of pain and injuries. This includes beginners, experienced bikers, and even professional racers. Bike Fitting is particularly important for bikers who ride longer distances or who ride frequently, as they have a higher risk of pain and injuries. Bike Fitting can also be beneficial for bikers who have specific goals, such as improving performance or increasing endurance.

Bike fitting can offer a range of benefits, including:

1. Improved comfort: Bike Fitting can help the biker achieve a more comfortable riding position, reducing the risk of pain and injury.

2. Improved performance: By ensuring the biker is in the optimal position for their individual needs and goals, Bike Fitting can contribute to improved performance and efficiency.

3. Increased safety: Bike Fitting can help the biker better control the bike, increasing safety during the ride.

4. Improved riding experience: Bike Fitting can contribute to an overall improved riding experience by ensuring the rider is in the optimal position for their individual needs and goals.

In general, yes, any bike can be modified in a Bike Fitting. However, there are some factors that may affect the extent of modifications, including:

1. Age and condition of the bike: Older or poorly maintained bikes may be less suitable for modifications.

2. Quality and type of bike: Higher-quality or purpose-built bikes (e.g. road bikes) may be more easily modified than cheaper or more general-purpose bikes.

3. Type of modifications desired: Some modifications, such as changing the frame size, may be more difficult or expensive than others.

There are few things you should bring with you to a Bike Fitting, including:

1. Your bike: It's important to bring your bike to the Fitting so the mechanic or dealer can modify it.

2. Bike shoes and pedals: If you have your own bike shoes and pedals, you should also bring them so the mechanic or dealer can ensure they are suitable for your bike and comfortable for you.

3. Bike clothing: It's also helpful to bring comfortable bike clothing so the mechanic or dealer can ensure it fits you well and allows for enough movement.

4. Documentation of previous injuries or pain: If you've had previous injuries or pain that might in any way influence the Bike Fitting, it's helpful to bring documentation or reports that detail them.

Bike fitting at Bründl Sports is included in the price of your new bike.

Mountain bike fitting involves measuring your body to determine the optimal sitting position on your mountain bike. A simple way to avoid needless back pain and a stiff neck, since you automatically have a better posture on the bike.

Bike fitting, in other words adjusting your bike, is every bit as important as choosing the bike itself, since everybody places different demands on their bike. Through bike fitting, you can avoid completely any backpain or neck stiffness caused by bad posture. By measuring your body, we are able to tailor the bike to your personal needs and guarantee your optimal posture on the bike.

Through bike fitting you can completely avoid the back pain and neck stiffness caused by bad posture. By measuring your body, we can adjust the bike to your personal needs, thereby guaranteeing you will have optimal posture on your bicycle.

In order to determine the correct sitting position for you on your bicycle, we measure the length of your inside leg, the length of your torso as well as the length of your arms. Using this data, we can determine the ideal height of your saddle and handlebars. We will then measure your sitting bones so as to calculate the optimal saddle width and determine the saddle that’s best for you.

During a ski boot fitting, the very latest technology is used to fit the boot to your foot. Because the boot will now fit perfectly and not pinch your feet, your skiing comfort and performance will be improved.

In order to choose the right ski boot, we will first scan your feet. Using modern technology, we measure both of your feet and produce a digital readout. With this information, we are then able to help you select the boot that is best for you.

When buying a new ski boot, it is important that the boot fits your foot perfectly. This will avoid painful pressure points and improve your performance since power is transferred to the ski through the ski boot.

In order to determine the optimal boot size for your feet, it is important to measure your feet. Then, using 3-D imagery of your feet, we will be able to determine the perfect size for you. By means of the inner boot and/or by heating the shell, the boot can be fitted even more perfectly to your foot.

On average, ski boots weigh between 3 and 5 kilos. However, the weight depends on the model as well as boot size.

After approximately 100 days of skiing, you should get yourself new ski boots to ensure optimal grip, comfort and performance.

In order to guarantee optimal hold, comfort and performance, you should acquire new ski boots after approximately 100 days of skiing.

Especially if you have narrow feet, it is important to have your feet measured in order to find the perfect ski boot for you. The ideal boot size can be determined by means of 3-D imagery of your feet. The boot can be further customized to your feet by means of an inner boot and/or heating up the shell.

If you have thick calf muscles, it is important to have your feet measured in order to find the perfect ski boot for you. The ideal boot size can be determined by means of 3-D imagery of your feet. The boot can be further customized to your feet by means of an inner boot and/or heating up the shell.

If you are a beginning skier, it is generally better to start out with a softer, more flexible ski boot. During your personal ski boot fitting, the experts in our shops will help you choose the boot that’s best for you and individually fit it to your feet for optimal comfort.

When we are talking about ski boots, too tight is generally better than too loose. When choosing your boots, please remember: When you try on the boots for the first time, it’s better for them to be too tight then too loose. A tight boot can be adjusted as needed until it hugs your foot perfectly.

The flex value is an indicator of the stiffness of the cuff leaning forwards. The higher the value, the greater resistance against your shinbone. With a high value, you have better control of the ski, though less motion in your ankle.

In order to determine the ideal size of ski boot for your feet, it is important to measure your feet precisely. Using the 3-D imagery of your feet, we can then help you choose the boot size that’s perfect for you.

A ski boot fitting at Bründl Sports is included in the purchase price if you buy your ski boots at one of our shops. If you bought your ski boots at a different store, the analysis and fitting off your ski boots will be based on time and expense.

As the name implies, Race Service for skis is a professional service package that prepares and maintains skis for racers specifically. By using state-of-the-art technology and equipment, the skis are tuned to the unique needs and demands of each individual skier.

In general, Race Service comprises multiple different steps such as grinding and structuring the ski, application of waxes, and adjusting the bindings.

Overall, Race Service for skis provides valuable support to racers who are focused on delivering top performance on demand.

Our Racing Service is divided into three packages.

  1. Package 1: Includes sidewall planing, base edge beveling, hand filing on the sides, and race-ready waxing for €34.00.
  2. Package 2: Includes sidewall planing, structure grinding, base edge beveling, and race-ready waxing for €55.00. Additional charge for laser structure is €25.00.
  3. Package 3: Includes sidewall planing, structure grinding, base edge beveling, hand filing on the sides, and race-ready waxing for €74.00. Additional charge for laser structure is €25.00

Race Service is primarily intended for racing skiers who want to produce at the top level. Through the use of professional techniques and equipment, the skis are optimally tuned to the needs and demands of each individual. But aside from racing skiers, Race Service might also be of interest to recreational skiers who are looking for especially good glide characteristics and ski performance.

Race Service for skis has lots of benefits for skiers who want to deliver top performance.  Through the use of professional techniques and equipment, the skis are optimally tuned to individual needs and demands, leading in turn to improved glide characteristics and ski performance.

Basically all skis can be modified through Race Service. That said, the options and extent of modifications will vary considerably based on the individual characteristics of the ski in question. In general, skis that have been specifically developed for racing purposes can be prepped and given a Race Service more easily.

On the other hand, modifying recreational skis and all-mountain skis for race service is often far more involved. As a rule, these skis are designed less for performance, often featuring different structures and materials that are not readily adapted for racing purposes.

If you want to give your skis a Race Service, there are three things you will need to bring with you:

1. Your skis: Needless to say, you will need to bring the skis you want race-serviced with you.

2. The bindings: As a rule, during any Race Service your bindings will be adjusted as well, so be sure to bring them along.

3. Ski boots: In order to optimally adjust the bindings to your boots, you will also have to bring your ski boots with you.

A running analysis provides a concrete foundation for recommending a specific category of running shoe. During the running analysis, we provide you with a neutral running shoe with which you can run a few steps on one of our treadmills or on a running track. In the process, you are filmed from the back, after which we take a closer look at your running style. In this way, we can determine your running style, how you place your feet and analyze any potential technical problems. With this as the basis, we can then help you select the running shoe that’s best for you.

At Bründl Sports, the running analysis is already included in the purchase price of your running shoes.

During the running analysis, we give you a neutral running shoe with which you can run a few steps on one of our treadmills or on a running track. In the process, you are filmed from the back, allowing us to take a close look at your running style afterwards. In this way, we are able to determine the type of runner you are, how your feet impact the ground and analyze any potential technical issues. At that point, we will be able to recommend a running shoe that’s best for you. Once we have found the ideal shoe, we will have you run on the treadmill or running track again. Using video analysis, we will be able to see immediately whether this shoe is a good match for you and your running style.

During a running analysis, we mainly look at your foot position as well as your knees and ankles. This will help us determine any mechanical issues in your running style and find the running shoe that works best for you.

During running analysis, we film you from behind as you run a few steps on the treadmill or running track wearing a neutral running shoe. Then we take a close look at your running style, determining the type of runner you are and your foot position. Furthermore, we are able to analyze any potential mechanical issues. Using these results, we are able to recommend the best running shoe for you. After you have chosen a shoe, we will have you run on the treadmill or running track again in order to doublecheck that this shoe matches your personal running style.

By means of a running analysis, we can help you find a running shoe that is tailored to your personal needs and running style.

A correctly strung tennis racket improves ball control, spin and power. Over time, the strings of your racket lose tension and the quality of your strokes is reduced. When that happens, you should have your tennis racket restrung.

Our employees will determine how hard your racket should be strung based on your height, weight and physical condition. They also factor in how often you play, how strong of a tennis player you are and your personal expectations with regards to tennis.

There’s one simple rule to determine how often you should have your tennis racket restrung: How many times a week do you play tennis? Well, that’s also how many times you should have your tennis racket restrung every year. That said, we often advise tournament players to have their rackets restrung even more often, and especially before every tournament.

Your height, weight and physical condition are the most important factors used by our employees to determine the right tension for the strings of your tennis racket. They also take into consideration how often you play, your tennis skills as well as your tennis expectations.

Precisely how hard your tennis racket is strung is based on your height, weight and physical condition. Our employees will be happy to calculate that for you. They also take into consideration how often you play, how strong of a player you are as well as your tennis expectations.

When and how often you should get your tennis racket restrung is based on a simple rule of thumb: Ask yourself how many times a week you play tennis. That’s also the number of times you should get your racket restrung every year. We advise tournament players to have their rackets restrung even more frequently, especially before every tournament.

If you buy your strings at Bründl Sports, the restringing of your tennis racket is included in the price. If you bring your own strings to our shop, we charge €14.99 for restringing.

It generally takes about 30 minutes to restring a tennis racket with new strings.
