Yes, the Bründl+ Card is available to you completely free of charge.

Everyone ages 14 and up can go ahead and apply for the Bründl+ Card.

The Bründl +Card is easy to obtain at any of our shops, there is no obligation and it is completely free of charge.

In general, you don’t need to carry your Bründl +Card with you all the time. We can also find you in our system using your personal data, meaning you can always take advantage of your card benefits. However, if you ever wish to obtain a new card, you are welcome to have an employee issue you one the next time you visit one of our branches.

In order to cancel your Bründl +Card, please send an email with your personal information, ideally including the Bründl +Card number, to datenschutz@bruendl.at. We will then go ahead and cancel the card, and will send you a confirmation by email.

Your purchases during the current business year (from 1.9.-31.8. of the following year) can always be credited to your Bründl +Card later. To do so, simply bring your receipt to one of our shops or send your scanned receipt as well as your Bründl +Card number to office@bruendl.at. Any bills from earlier business years can be added to your account later, however they can no longer be credited to the current bonus period.

Please contact us direct via contact@bruendl.at or by phone, providing us with your current email address. We will take care of the changes.

At the end of the business year, as a reward for your purchases you will receive a bonus credit, the exact amount of which is determined by your purchases during the year. Your bonus credit is calculated over a 12-month period off purchases from 1.9.-31.8. of the following year.

A bonus credit can only be earned if you have made qualifying bonus purchases of €200 or more. If total purchases during the year in question total less than €200, they will be voided on 31.8. Your balance for the following business year as of 1.9. will then be zeroed out.

  • up to €199.99 in purchases - no bonus credit
  • €200 – €499.99 in purchases – 2.0 % bonus credit
  • €500 - €999.99 in purchases – 2.5 % bonus credit
  • from €1000 in purchases – 3.0 % bonus credit

Your bonus credit will be sent to you by email no later than 31 October for the shopping period 1.9.-31.8.. If we don’t have a valid email address for you, it will be sent to you in the post. From that point on, your bonus credit will be stored in our system and will be apparent at all of our cash registers.

Your bonus credit is valid for up to 3 years after the end of the shopping period in question and may be redeemed at all of our shops.

Protection of your personal data is a high priority for us. We collect and process data in compliance with all applicable national and European data privacy regulations. Detailed information about this can be found in our privacy policy .

Protection of your personal data is very important to us, which is why it is used exclusively by Bründl Sports. In order to process orders, we only share address information with our select partners (e.g. for use of postal and email systems), with whom we also have a data privacy agreement. Any further sharing of your personal data as well as the sale of data to third parties does not occur.

Shared responsibility within the Bründl Sports group is borne by Sport Bründl Gesellschaft m.b.H., Schmittenhöhe-Service GmbH & Co. KG, Sports & Emotions GmbH and Planai Sport GmbH, who process your personally identifiable data collaboratively.

A gift voucher which is paid for by you may be redeemed on all products and services. Bründl Sport coupons for special offers are intended as an expression of our appreciation and provided to you free of charge, potentially subject to specific conditions and a limited time period.

Gift vouchers can be purchased either in our shops or via our website .

Bründl Sports gift vouchers are valid for 30 years.

The validity. Depends on the coupon in question. For example, our birthday coupons are valid for one year after the date of issue. The validity period, participating shops and other conditions are always printed on the coupon itself.

Our coupon booklet is sent to you once in spring and once in autumn. The coupon booklet is sent in the post to our customers in Austria, whereas customers in other countries will receive it with their newsletter.

If you need to return an item, you can choose between an exchange of the item in question, a voucher or a cash refund.

If you used our Bründl +Card for your purchase, the item can easily be exchanged without a receipt.

You are welcome to exchange the item you have purchased at any of our branches, regardless of where you bought the item in the first place.

If you are not satisfied with an item, we will exchange it. And if an item fails to meet your expectations the first time you use it, we will be more than happy to replace it. You have 6 weeks from the date of purchase to request an exchange.

Yes, discounted items can also be exchanged.

Yes, not only can you exchange the product, you can also request a voucher or have the cost refunded to you in cash.
