What brands make it into our shops?

You might say they are "gatekeepers for our products", since they decide which brands make it into our shops or not. Our purchasing team checks, organizes and negotiates our products, while our distribution team ensures they are distributed appropriately to our various locations. Sound simple? Believe us, it's not as easy as you might think!

As a member of our purchasing team, on the one hand you need to have a really good sense for trends and be a sporting goods expert within your particular product group. On the other, you need to be a good negotiator, be nimble with numbers and feel at home on the computer.

Those last two characteristics are also the be-all and end-all in distribution. There, you need to deduce a lot from the raw numbers and reach appropriate conclusions.
