Do you think you don't have a chance with us, simply because you have never worked in a sports shop, in rentals or at the cash register? Well, you're wrong! Many of the people in our team come from very different fields such as hospitality, service, workshops or other service professions.

We are looking for people that excite people
Even if you have not done a retail apprenticeship or had experience in a shop, we will give you a chance. As long as you are a good fit for us. Which we will determine based on your strong application package, followed by an in-person interview.

Shopping at a Bründl store, I got into a conversation with a sales assistant, who told me about a job opening. I thought to myself: "Why not?" The team has so much fun doing their work – that’s something I want too! As a pediatric assistant and dog trainer, I had absolutely no experience in sports retail, but shop manager Fritz Kindl put me in charge of the cash register for 20 hours when I first started. That quickly got a little boring, and even when I switched to clothing that really didn’t meet my expectations either. But today I am in hardware sales, and that’s exactly where my passion lies. Professional development was possible and expected. A recipe for success at Bründl. Everyone has a chance to make changes, since the person is the most important thing of all.
