Our prices vary from location to location. That's why we ask you to enter your preferred rental location and rental dates by means of our online booking form. In that way, you will be able to see the applicable prices. You can look at your shopping cart at any time in order to check the total price of your order.

If you book online, you enjoy a number of advantages:

  • Availability: In general, most shops stock plenty of rental equipment. However, during peak periods (e.g. holidays or on weekends), demand may increase significantly. If you book online, your skis will be reserved immediately and tailored to your personal needs, at which point all that is left for you to do is pick them up at the shop.
  • Price advantage: If you book and pay at least two days in advance, you will receive a 10% early-booker rebate (does not apply to lift tickets, the depot, or insurance protection against loss & theft).
  • Time savings : By booking online and providing your personal data at the same time, once you arrive at the shop you will be able to pick up your rental equipment even faster. Furthermore, your equipment will have been adjusted perfectly. All of this means less of a wait and you will be able to hit the slopes even faster.

Yes, if you book and pay online at least two days in advance, you will receive a 10% early-booker rebate (offer not valid on lift tickets, depot, or insurance against loss & theft).

The earlier you book, the earlier you won’t have to worry about getting the best equipment. However, you should book and pay online at least 2 days in advance so as to take advantage of our 10% early-booker rebate (not valid on ski pass, depot or loss & theft insurance). You can edit your booking at any time up to 5 days in advance of the start of your rental period, should anything change with regards to your travel schedule, equipment needs or personal information. Complete cancellation of your order is possible as late as one day in advance of pick-up before midnight.

(Example: Your first rental day is Saturday 05.12., so you can pick up your order after 2 PM on Friday 04.12. This in turn means that cancellations are accepted until 11:59 PM Thursday night)

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept bookings by telephone. We ask you to book your equipment using our online platform. This will provide you with a 100% overview of your booking and allow you to edit it as necessary.

For a quick booking, you do not initially have to provide any information about your physique, meaning you can add that information later. However, less than 5 days prior to the start of your rental period, you will no longer be able to edit your booking in advance.

Please note that, without your physical data we will be unable to prepare your equipment in advance and it will take longer to pick up your gear when you are in the shop.

No, you can also complete booking as a guest. However, without a customer account you will be unable to participate in the rental bonus program, you will not receive information about products and special offers, and you will not have an overview of your rental history.

No need to worry, in your customer account you can view and edit your bookings at any time, as well as download another copy of your booking confirmation.

No, you don’t necessarily have to print out your reservation confirmation. It will suffice if you can show us your reservation number or the reservation barcode on your smartphone.

If you decide to pay online, your booking is complete as soon as your payment has been received. In that case, you will receive a booking confirmation within just a few minutes. 

On the other hand, if you prefer to pay at the shop once you get here, once you have successfully transmitted your booking request, you will receive a booking confirmation by email in a few minutes.

You can pick up your equipment after 2 PM the day before your rental period officially begins. From that time onwards, your gear will be ready and waiting for you.

You can edit your booking whenever you wish up to 5 days prior to the start of the rental period. You will find this option in your customer account under the menu item „ edit reservation “. Cancellation of the entire booking is possible up to one day in advance of scheduled pick-up. You will find this option under „ cancel reservation “.

In order to take advantage of the child rebate (children ages 10 and under), you must first place skis or snowboards for two adults in your shopping cart.

Due to our high hygiene standards, we are unable to rent out ski clothing, goggles or gloves. However, we do offer a wide selection of products to buy in our shops.  

Opening times vary by shop and location. You will find these on your booking voucher as well as the location overview at Bründl Sports.

Our children’s prices (50% rebate on the adult price) are valid for children ages 15 or under.

Our youth rate (20% rebate on the adult price) is available to teenagers ages 16 – 18.

Please double-check whether you have booked ski/snowboard rentals for at least two adults. This is the requirement in order to receive the child discount. After that, if the equipment price for your children is still not free, please contact us at rent@bruendl.at.

Hygiene is very, very important to us! That’s why we replace all rental helmets as well as 80% of our ski boots every single year. Of course, our helmets and boots are cleaned, disinfected and dried thoroughly after every rental.

No matter what the reason you have to return your rental equipment early, you will receive a refund for the unused days, no questions asked (a doctor’s note or similar is not required).

There is no blanket answer to that question, since various factors come into play (skill level, terrain, skiing style, body weight, etc.). Allow us to assist you online as you make use of our   Product Finder  .  You will only have to answer 5 questions, at which point you will receive our recommendation immediately. Yes, ski poles are included in the rental price.

Yes, our rental prices also include breakage insurance.  

If your skis happen to be stolen, taken accidentally or simply get lost, you will be required to pay a deductible based on the category (Economy EUR 150/Premium EUR 250/Superior EUR 450) (an official police report is required). In order to avoid potentially having to pay a deductible, we strongly recommend purchasing loss & theft insurance.

If your skis are stolen, accidentally removed or lost, you will have to pay a deductible based on the category (Economy EUR 150/Premium EUR 250/Superior EUR 450) (an official police report is required). If you purchase our loss & theft insurance (1 day EUR 6/2 days 10/ 3 or more days 16), you will avoid having to pay that deductible. You will immediately receive replacement skis for the remainder of your rental period, able to continue enjoying your holiday without interruption.

You are welcome to exchange your rental equipment at any time and at any of our rental locations in the region. 

If the boot pinches your foot or you wish to test a different model of ski, please step into one of our shops and we will take care of everything for you. 

Yes, you can come into our shop with your own skis and ask to have them serviced.

At many locations, we have state-of-the-art high-end service robots, which means we can guarantee the best possible service of your skis. 

Do you need to have your bindings checked again? No problem, our service staff will be happy to provide you with the support you need. 

In general, skis can be ground overnight.  Faster service is possible depending on current customer demand. We will happily provide you with details.

The free ski depot for our rental skis is a staffed storage location for your skis and poles. It doesn’t have to be reserved in advance, though you might have to wait in line when you pick up and drop off your gear in the morning/evening.  

As for our heated storage lockers, you can choose either a 2- or 4-person locker. This will have room for 2 or 4 pairs of skis, boots, poles, gloves and helmets. Since these lockers are only available on a limited basis, we do recommend booking them online in advance. 

The prices for our storage lockers vary according to location. The prices are shown on the online booking form. Depending on location, you will be able to choose from lockers for 2 people and lockers for 4 people.

If your rental location also has access to a ski depot (precise details can be found on our page with shop information), then the depot can be booked online subject to availability. Please note that our ski depots are excluded from any rebate offers. 

Depending on the season, our ski depot allocation may be completely maxed out. Please use our contact form to send a request directly to your rental shop. If the availability situation changes, we will notify you immediately. 

Group bookings are possible for 10 or more adults.

The rebate depends on numerous factors (number and ages of group participants, rental dates, pick-up location...etc.).

We will be happy to make you a custom offer. Please send us your request by means of our contact form, subject “group bookings”, we will then get back in touch with you as quickly as possible.

Organizing a group trip occasionally has its challenges. The more participants, the greater the organizational effort. You don’t necessarily have to send us complete details about all participants in advance, though in that case we would not be able to prepare the equipment for you either. In other words: the more data we have, the faster you will all be able to hit the slopes, since we will have all of your equipment ready to go the moment you step in the door.

We can be flexible here, too. You can pay once you get here, or do so in advance. You can pay separately or all together – whatever works best for you, also works well for us.  

No, unfortunately not. In this regard, please go ahead and contact the lifts directly. Depending on their location, they have their own special offers for groups.

You can pay for your rental equipment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard), Sofort & bank transfer or PayPal

Of course, you are welcome to pay when you get here. When you reach the check-out step of your booking, you can decide whether you prefer to pay online or in person at the shop.  

Please note that our 10% early-booker rebate is only available if you book at least two days prior to your rental date AND you pay online. If you decide to pay at the shop, we will be unable to offer you the early-booker rebate at a later date.

No, we do not charge any additional processing or transaction fees. (However: Please be aware that currency exchange fees will apply if you do not pay in euros.)

You can enter your rebate code in the box provided in your shopping cart. The rebate code will be verified and your discounted prices displayed immediately. Please note that all rebate codes are subject to individual validity conditions.

If you book and pay online at least 48 hours in advance of rental, you will receive a 10% online rebate that will automatically be deducted from your payment. Furthermore, we regularly have special offers with a separate rebate code for additional discounts. In order to stay informed about offers such as these, please go ahead and register for our newsletter, or stop by our website regularly so as not to miss out on any of our great opportunities. 

You can edit your booking at any time up to 5 days prior to the start of your rental agreement by means of your customer account , should your travel plans, equipment requirements or personal data change in the meantime.  

Within 5 days of commencement of the rental agreement, it is no longer possible to make changes to your reservations, since your equipment is already being prepared for you at that stage.  However, if you still need to make any last-minute changes, feel free to contact your rental shop (contact details can be found in your booking confirmation). 

Yes, to do so please sign into your customer account . There, you can edit your booking, add people etc. up to 5 days prior to the start of your rental agreement.

You can cancel your booking as late as 11:59 PM on the day prior to pick-up (please note: the day prior to pick-up is not identical with the day before the first day of your rental agreement - please refer to „ If you have already paid for your booking, the full amount will be refunded to your account. There are no cancellation penalties, meaning that you are always 100% flexible.
