In the rental area , click in the login box, then on the link labeled „ Forgotten your password?“ now follow the instructions. Within just a few minutes, we will send you a new account password by email.  

Did you use the correct email address and password? If you did but are still unable to login, please send us a message providing your first and last names, email address as well as date of birth to rent@bruendl.at. We will then get back in touch with you as quickly as possible.

Due to our high hygiene standards, we are unable to rent out ski clothing, goggles or gloves. However, we do offer a wide selection of products to buy in our shops.  

Opening times vary by shop and location. You will find these on your booking voucher as well as the location overview at Bründl Sports.

Our children’s prices (50% rebate on the adult price) are valid for children ages 15 or under.

Our youth rate (20% rebate on the adult price) is available to teenagers ages 16 – 18.

Please double-check whether you have booked ski/snowboard rentals for at least two adults. This is the requirement in order to receive the child discount. After that, if the equipment price for your children is still not free, please contact us at rent@bruendl.at.

Hygiene is very, very important to us! That’s why we replace all rental helmets as well as 80% of our ski boots every single year. Of course, our helmets and boots are cleaned, disinfected and dried thoroughly after every rental.

No matter what the reason you have to return your rental equipment early, you will receive a refund for the unused days, no questions asked (a doctor’s note or similar is not required).

The protection of your personal data is a top priority for us. We collect and process data   in compliance with current Austrian and European data privacy regulations – detailed information can be found in our data privacy policy .

If you are interested in renting a specific model, please let us know in the box provided on our online booking form. If the model is available, we will be happy to provide it for you.

If you expect to arrive with a group of 10 or more people, we will be happy to make you a customized offer. Please send us your request by means of our contact form .

If you book and pay online at least two days in advance, you will receive a 10% early-booker rebate (not applicable to lift tickets, the depot or our Carefree Package).
