Our employees spend 2600 days annually in courses and training programs. In 37 different seminars and workshops, our people are allowed to develop professionally and personally. 26 trainers specialized in ten different fields (sales, communication, personality, leadership, mindfulness, product knowledge….) provide expert input. The Bründl Akademie – also known as the “School of Life” – aims to provide our people with enhanced competency and experience while promoting their personal development. Our CEO Christoph Bründl puts his priority in a nutshell – our employees need burn-in rather than burn-out!

Sport is our passion. A passion we want to ignite in as many people as possible. Beyond that, we see it as our role and duty to share our knowledge with customers about sports, nature, health and sustainability. We want to inspire our customers and motivate them to be as physically active as possible. After all, regular exercise keeps body and mind fit and healthy. True to our slogan, “We move people”, through diverse events & experiences we encourage our customers to become more actively engaged in sports, whilst also giving them pause for thought on various subjects. That said, in addition to offering workshops (avalanche training, ski waxing), equipment-test events (ski-touring tests, E-bike training), we also host talks by pro athletes, scientists, trainers etc.
We support local events, clubs, organizations, institutions
For Bründl Sports, cooperation with local businesses, institutions and clubs is enormously important. We want to strengthen our nearby regions and enhance their attractiveness, promote participation in local clubs and assist sports in every form. Which is why we are proud to support many regional sports clubs and sporting event organizers as both sponsors and partners. Particularly important to us: social and charitable causes such as Caritas and SOS Kinderdörfer, which we support through donations and corporate volunteering.
