Fundamental concept and approach. How do I address the issues?
It isn't about pursuing one-size-fits-all answers. Rather, I address personal concerns and their solutions in a collaborative process. The foundation of my work is respect for uniqueness, taking a precise look, asking probing questions, providing a positive source of irritation.
During the process, I find it is important to involve all of the senses and layers of perception. By taking this holistic approach to perception, I seek to stimulate businesses to recognize potential areas for development, touch on change processes together, and set things in motion. As I go about my work, I am always pleasantly surprised by the many and varied resources and possibilities people and organizations are able to draw upon from within.
I also aim to enhance sustainability and effectiveness through continued assistance, supportive instruments and ongoing process observation.
