The "Peak Performance" contest is organized by Sport Bründl Gesellschaft m.b.H., Schmittenhöheservice GmbH & Co KG, Planai Sport GmbH, and Sports & Emotions GmbH, Nikolaus-Gassner-Straße 4, 5710 Kaprun. The four operational companies are collectively referred to as Bründl Sports.
The contest runs from April 15, 2024, to April 22, 2024. To participate, individuals must correctly and completely fulfill the requirements specified in the Instagram post. Each person is only eligible to enter the contest once.
Participation in the contest is free of charge and independent of the purchase of goods.
The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible participants and contacted by Bründl Sports via Instagram Direct Message after the end of the contest period.
Participants must be at least 16 years old to be eligible. Employees of Bründl Sports and their family members are excluded from participation.
No cash alternative or transfer of prizes is possible. Legal recourse is excluded. The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants from the contest or to cancel a prize without replacement if the contest is influenced or attempted to be influenced by unfair means (e.g., incorrect, incomplete, misleading information or multiple entries, unless expressly permitted). The participant has no claims against the organizer in this regard.
The place of jurisdiction is Salzburg, to the extent permitted by law. Austrian law applies.
If individual provisions of the terms of participation are or become invalid, the validity of the remaining terms of participation remains unaffected. An appropriate provision that most closely corresponds to the economic objective of the invalid provision shall take the place thereof.
The organizer reserves the right to change the terms of participation at any time or to interrupt or terminate the contest or the draw in whole or in part without prior notice for important reasons (e.g., technical errors, abuse). Facebook or Instagram are in no way associated with the contest. The prize for the winner is the Helium Utility Jacket in Sand Fog for women or men. The prize cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
Privacy Policy:
The voluntarily provided personal data of participants (Instagram name, first and last name, email address, telephone number, or address) will be processed for the purpose of conducting the contest, notifying winners, and awarding prizes.
In addition, when the prize is handed over, the organizer and the photographer commissioned by him/her will take photographs of the winner for internal documentation purposes and reporting. These photographs, and in some cases the winner's first name and details of the Bründl Sport event, will be published on the organizer's website and on the social media channels Instagram and Facebook as part of reporting on the contest and the redemption of the prize. The organizer has a legitimate interest in processing the data for this purpose within the meaning of Art 6(1)(f) GDPR. If any data other than the photographs and first name of the participant are to be used, this will only be done with the separate consent of the participant.
