The “Löffler” competition is organised by Sport Bründl Gesellschaft m.b.H., Schmittenhöheservice GmbH & Co KG, Planai Sport GmbH and Sports & Emotions GmbH, Nikolaus-Gassner-Straße 4, 5710 Kaprun. Hereinafter, the four operating companies are collectively referred to as Bründl Sports.
The competition will run from 29 April 2026 to 5 May 2026. To enter the competition, participants must correctly and fully meet the requirements set out in the Instagram post. Each person may only enter the competition once.
Entry to the competition is free of charge and not conditional on the purchase of any goods.
The winner will be selected at random from all entrants and contacted by Bründl Sports via Instagram Direct Message once the competition has ended.
The competition is open to anyone aged 16 or over. Employees of Bründl Sports and their family members are excluded from taking part.
Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to another person. No right of appeal. The organiser reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition or to cancel and reclaim a prize without replacement if the competition is influenced or an attempt is made to influence it through unfair means (e.g. incorrect, incomplete or misleading information, or multiple entries, unless this is specifically permitted). This shall not give rise to any claims against the organiser on the part of the participant.
The place of jurisdiction is Salzburg, to the extent permitted by law. Austrian law applies.
Should any provision of these terms and conditions be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. It shall be replaced by a provision that most closely reflects the economic purpose of the invalid provision.
The organiser reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions at any time, or to suspend or terminate the competition or prize draw in whole or in part without prior notice for good cause (e.g. in the event of technical faults or misuse). Facebook and Instagram are in no way associated with this competition.

These photographs and, in some cases, the winner’s first name as well as details of the Bründl Sport event will be published on the organiser’s website and on the social media channels Instagram and Facebook as part of the reporting on the competition and the redemption of the prize.
