The "Norrona" giveaway is organized by Sport Bründl Gesellschaft m.b.H., Schmittenhöheservice GmbH & Co KG, Planai Sport GmbH, and Sports & Emotions GmbH, Nikolaus-Gassner-Straße 4, 5710 Kaprun, collectively referred to as Bründl Sports.
The giveaway takes place from 12.06.2024 to 19.06.2024. To participate, participants must correctly and completely fulfill the requirements stated in the Instagram post. Each person can only participate once.
Participation in the giveaway is free and independent of the purchase of goods. The winner will be randomly selected from all participants and contacted via Instagram Direct Message by Bründl Sports after the end of the giveaway.
Participants must be at least 16 years old to be eligible. Employees of Bründl Sports and their family members are excluded from participating.
No cash redemption or transfer of prizes is possible. Legal recourse is excluded. The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants from the giveaway or to cancel a prize without replacement if the giveaway is influenced or attempted to be influenced by unfair measures (e.g., incorrect, incomplete, misleading information or multiple entries, unless expressly permitted). Participants have no claims against the organizer as a result.
The place of jurisdiction is Salzburg, to the extent legally permissible. Austrian law applies.
If individual provisions of the terms of participation are or become invalid, the validity of the remaining terms of participation remains unaffected. An appropriate regulation that most closely corresponds to the economic objective of the invalid provision shall replace it.
The organizer reserves the right to change the terms of participation at any time or to interrupt or terminate the giveaway or the draw in whole or in part without prior notice for important reasons (e.g., technical errors, abuse). Facebook or Instagram is not associated with the giveaway. The winner will receive a Falketind GTX Paclite Jacket for women or men worth €379.99. The prize cannot be exchanged or redeemed in cash.
Data Protection: The voluntarily provided personal data of participants (Instagram name, first and last name, email address, telephone number, or address) will be processed for the purpose of conducting the giveaway and notifying the winners and handing over the prize.
In addition, when the prize is handed over, the organizer and the photographer commissioned by the organizer will take photographs of the winner for internal documentation purposes and reporting. These photographs, and in some cases the first name of the winner as well as information about the Bründl Sport event, will be published on the organizer's website and on the social media channels Instagram and Facebook as part of the reporting on the giveaway and the redemption of the prize. The organizer has a legitimate interest in processing the data for this purpose within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. If data other than photographs and the first name of the participant are used, this will only be done with the separate consent of the participant.
