In the inspiring atmosphere of the Weitblick rooftop restaurant at Bründl Sports in Kaprun, we focus together on what truly matters – the present moment. Felix’s new book is not a motivational guide or a self-optimization program, but 42 handwritten diary entries that have evolved into 126 short chapters.
Each chapter ends with three impulses for today: a question, an invitation, and an attitude. This book embodies lived presence and impact: meaningful, healthy, and joyful.
