You know the basics – now it’s time to get into the details. To kick off the new racing season, we invite you to our Wax & Race Service Workshop in Kaprun. Together with our experienced race service team, Head of Race Service and former professional world champion Hans Hofer shares hands-on insights into professional ski preparation and shows you the crucial details for perfectly prepared race skis.
New for 2026: This year, we’re taking things to the next level. At three dedicated stations, our ski service experts will guide you through the entire process and share their hands-on workshop expertise. There will also be plenty of time for technical details, specific questions and valuable tips for your own race service.
- Station 1 – Preparation: Removing sidewalls, checking ski tension and optimally preparing the ski for the next steps.
- Station 2 – Grinding & Tuning: The complete grinding process, with a focus on precise edge and base tuning.
- Station 3 – Race Finish: Final grinding, filing, brushing and waxing – for that all-important finish before hitting the slopes.
Special for all participants: Race Service Package for EUR 59,00 instead of EUR 74,00 with free laser lettering of your choice included.
Bring your skis to the event and pick them up just a few days later, fully prepared and race-ready.
