weiterblicken: Episode#1 - CEO Christoph Bründl

How to stay vital!

The time has come, our first episode of the series "Weiterblicken", in Bründl Bewegt - the podcast, is ready for you! We start directly with Christoph Bründl, our first guest. How does he think, how does he act, how does he stay calm and positive? These are questions for entrepreneur Christopher Bründl, CEO of Bründl Sports. "We move people" is the slogan the visionary company uses as its brand claim, but how does Christoph move through his life? He's a walking ritual, starting with his morning routine, which thrives on meditation, thought cleansing, gratitude exercises and exercise. "The most important hour of the day starts when I wake up. What am I grateful for, what am I looking forward to, and what is my contribution today?" says the entrepreneur. This breakfast is consumed EVERY day and also exercised, like any other muscle. Business wise, principles like, values, courage, openness and clarity are important to him, which also characterize his flat leadership. Leaders are like gardeners who allow the personalities and tasks of their employees to grow them, water them and give them sunshine to blossom. Appreciation and generosity characterize the visionary, as he focuses in gratitude on what he has, not on what is lacking.
If you are curious, listen in, get inspired and get to know the entrepreneur better - we look forward to hearing from you!

Episode#3 - Downhill world champion Vali Höll

Enjoy life despite ambition and self-discipline

In the third episode of the Bründl Bewegt podcast, Stefan Steinacher talks to the 20-year-old downhill world champion and overall World Cup winner, Valentina Höll, under the motto "Looking ahead". At the age of 12, the Pinzgauer started her list of wearing Red bull on her head, standing on the podium and being the fastest in her discipline. Only a short time later she has achieved all of this, "it all just happened somehow and happened naturally," says the athlete. Naturalness is particularly important to Vali, which is why she appears so authentic and down-to-earth to the outside world with her charisma. Although this "happy face" is not always the norm, as she sets her standards quite high and for Vali there is only first place, she still wants to inspire the next generation in particular and convey courage and enthusiasm with her strong character. If you're interested in what's behind this young power woman, listen in right now.

Everything is possible - from the Lehrbua' to the world champion, to the apprentice!

He was given an enormous "pump" by the Lord God. You can find out what that means in the new episode of the Bründl Bewegt podcast. It's all about ambition, courage and hard work! Anton Palzer, multiple World Cup winner and world champion in ski mountaineering, talks about his switch to road cycling, about ups and downs in his life, and about his passion for the sport. At the beginning, the switch was no walk in the park; it required a complete rethink from winter to summer sports, from lone warrior to team player, from ski to bike. However, for Doni, jumping into the deep end was the beginning of a new way of life. "I'm a full-blooded athlete and not a slipstream lollipop," as Doni tells us with a laugh, because he wants to make it to the front of the pack again. Episode#5 - Benedikt Böhm -Ski mountaineer and CEO of Dynafit

Where is the next 8000 meter peak for me?

Between 8000ers, sustainability, optimization and pure passion! Our penultimate guest in the "Weiterblicken" podcast series, CEO of Dynafit and ski mountaineer Benedikt Böhm, combines all of these. How long will winter sports be around? What is the 2030 strategy around Dynafit? What contribution can each and every one of us make? These are the questions around which the current podcast revolves. "But one thing is certain, the longing for the mountain and nature will definitely continue to increase and that is the most important thing for us!", assures Benedikt! Exactly this passion also radiates his personality and in every facet. Benedikt's first realization at that time was: "We are all much more afraid "of" than afraid "in" the situations and to turn this frustration into action, that's the key!" Therefore, it's all about what your heart beats for. The entrepreneur is incredibly grateful that he was able to discover ski touring for himself, at a time when this sport was still almost a foreign word.

Episode#6 - Dominic Tritscher - CEO of Van Deer-Red Bull Sports

"We've come to stay and we're continuing to step on the gas!"

The last guest of the Bründl Bewegt Podcast is Managing Director of the new ski brand Van Deer-Red Bull Sports, Dominic Tritscher. The Schladming native grew up next to the ski lift and skiing has been a life constant ever since. The swing on the slopes is one of his favorite activities, because the feelings and emotions that arise are unbeatable for him. Both freeskiing and alpine skiing have always fascinated him. Especially the cooperation with the people he was able to work with at Atomic in Global Sports Marketing, among others, resulted in the perfect mix. Then finally, together with Marcel Hirscher, came the urge to start something of his own and to realize his individual ideas. "The word "want" plays the biggest role here, because after all I don't HAVE to do anything, but I WANT to and that motivates me every day!", Dominic explains determinedly. The "Hirscher" brand is huge, cool and definitely has potential!
At that time, only one question remained: "Wellness or Rock'n Roll?" The answer was immediately clear. On 12.06.21 they started in the garage - on 01.10.22 the exclusive market launch took place at Bründl Sports. Christoph Bründl gave Marcel and Dominic his full trust from the beginning and finally spurred the two on to something big. Van Deer-Red Bull Sports is the number 1 topic of conversation - "We have come to stay and continue to step on the gas!"
