The large fascia ball BALL 12 is the perfect training tool for selective self-massage to treat muscle tension yourself. In contrast to the BALL 08, this fascia ball has a larger surface so that the fascia massage is not too intensive. You can easily regulate the pressure with your body weight to reach superficial or deeper muscles. Alongside the STANDARD fascia roller and the BALL 08, the BALL 12 is one of the most popular BLACKROLL® products. With a diameter of 12 centimetres, it is slightly larger. Due to the larger surface, the massage pressure is less intense, so that the fascia ball is not only suitable for spot massage, but also for massage over a large area.
