Day of hands-on practice with Ortovox and mountain guides
During this practice-focused workshop, we will share valuable tips as you learn how to:
- search for buried victims
- evaluate terrain
- use different decision-making strategies away from the piste
- render first aid on the mountain, check equipment
What to bring with you:
- Ski-touring equipment – we will be heading off-piste
- Rucksack with drinks & snacks
- Shovel, probe, avalanche transceiver (if available)
Free test gear (shovels, probes, transceivers) provided with advance notice (marketing@bruendl.at), subject to availability.
Participation only possible with ski-touring equipment! We will be heading into open terrain.
Meets: 9 AM at the Bründl Sports Shop Spieljochbahn valley station in Fügen
Fee: EUR 20 – which will be reimbursed to you in the form of a Bründl Sports gift voucher.
