Running for beginners in Schladming

The beginners' tour in Schladming takes you from the town centre to the neighbouring village of Rohrmoos. Depending on what shape you are in, you can extend this run from 4 to 18 kilometres, with a pleasant combination of forest, meadows and roads.

Due to its moderate gradient, the route leading to Haus im Ennstal is likewise suitable for beginners. However, with a total length of 14 kilometres there and back, you will need to be in decent shape, of course.

The most strenuous run is the Ramsau Marathon. At 42 an altitude of kilometres and with a height variance of 1,000 metres, this trail is only suitable for truly experienced runners.
